🧠✨Author of The Nexialist Newsletter, where every week I compile and curate brain-sparking content I come across along with some cultural insights —data, information, or knowledge that tells us something about the moment we live in and the spirit of our time.

💡Some sectors are known to be self-referencing and hermetic. Sometimes, teams are on autopilot mode, focused on the daily grind, hindering innovation. As a Nexialist, I like to burst bubbles, bringing references from different areas and maintaining teams inspired and connected to the Zeitgeist. My work revolves around foresight, cultural insights, content curatorship and positive impact. I give space to curiosity and intuition, collecting signals and connecting dots that generate innovation and open minds. My goal is to inspire sensitivity and support creative, marketing and business teams to imagine new scenarios and make informed decisions. I have over ten years of experience, going through content, creativity, insights and researching trends in culture, advertising, strategy, communication and technology.

💼Some initiatives, brands and companiesI have worked with/for as a desk researcher, content creator, creative planner, or for educational initiatives: Envisioning, Float, Spotify, CUBO, EIT (European Institute of Innovation and Technologies), Cappra Institute, Intuit Research, Greenpeace, EkaTerra, A Bigger Story, ActionAid, Redesign Health, Healthcare Without Harm, WKO (Austrian Economic Chambers), The Best Social Conference, Dancing Fox, Contagious, Coca-Cola Company, Google, Meta, Motorola, LATAM Airlines, Unilever, AB InBev, Danone, Trendwatching, Melina Romano Arquitetura, Grendene, Laureate Universities, VIVO, Itaú, Natura, Globo, L’Atelier (BNP PARIBAS), GIZ, Inesplorato, Perestroika, FLAGCX, YouPix and White Rabbit.

📅AUG. 2019 - PRESENT

📍Europe / Remote Work

As a freelance technology researcher, I map emerging technologies through desk research and interviews with specialists. Based on that, I write articles about technologies, underlying trends, and drivers, as well as their social, cultural, and environmental impacts, focusing on sustainable development. I have worked with first, second, and third-sector clients.

Published technology radars: Techdetector, Future of Trust and Identity, Future of Water and Sustainability, and Virtual Reality. More links on Portfolio - Rodrigo Turra.
